About Our Service - Master Manager is a web-based software as a service (SaaS) platform for customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), ecommerce, budget management, inventory management, and accounting, all in one system. We do not sell any physical goods.

User Accountability - Users must maintain the confidentiality of their sign in credentials and are responsible for all activities under their account.
Privacy - We respect your privacy. Your data is only accessible to you. Please also read our Privacy Policy page.
Data Security - Your data is stored securely and we employ standard security protocols to protect your business data.
Delivery Policy - We sell no physical goods, so there is no delivery. For products listed on the store page, delivery is the responsibility of the seller, or as agreed between the buyer and the seller through external communication.
Payment Policy & Currency - All subscription prices are in US dollars (USD). The monthly subscription costs $3 per month.
Replacement & Returns - There are no refunds. Any paid subscription is final and not returnable.
Warranty, Maintenance & Technical Support - We maintain the platform and provide free 24/7 technical support and assistance over WhatsApp.
Complaints - You can submit complaints and suggestions at any time, free of charge, 24/7 over WhatsApp, and we will follow up on them.
Termination - You can delete your account at any time for any reason.
